Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly; however, you can contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy for beauty products?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase; please note that for hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.

How can I track the status of my package?
